February 2nd invoice of $1600 I contacted 5 star building and renovating for trim installation as well as interior doors install. This price was for labour alone material excluded. Trim was installed nicely but the doors had to be custom with the plaster walls being thicker and inability to place prehung doors. When he was setting the door jambs I mentioned to him to double check the width so the door would fit but he assured he knew what he was dojng. When I came back surely enough he didn't measure and had a uniform width extra of 1inch. He needed to correct that the next day losing a full day. Once everything was complete I noticed that two of tue doors don't close properly and you need to force them to shut with difficulty. I have been getting the run around and excuse after excuse of why he is busy and can't come to fix the doors. I have been extremely patient and helpful and kind which seemed to have worked against me. I had started a new position at my job and updated him about my new hours with being available only (evenings and weekends with also contacting him if I had any days off) we set a time for April 2nd between 1-2. He hadn't shown up. I have a record of the text messages since the beginning for any further proof needed. I just want this sorted so my daughter can close her door properly and a business like this to have something on file in case it could help someone else from using this company. Thank you, *****
