  The Advanced View team exceeded my expectations when it came to replacing our windows. We initially got quotes from 2 other companies and both those companies were aggressive when it came to the sales pitch without actually measuring the windows that needs to be replaced and going over details of the windows we would like to have installed. Advanced View took the time to measure all of our windows individually, made recommendations on opening of the windows and various styles to modernize the look. ***** paid attention to detail during the estimate process and didnt pressure us to sign on the spot unlike the other 2 companies that came on previous days. They also had the best pricing compared to the other estimates that we received, I reviewed the estimate just to double check that the number of windows were accurate as their price was that much lower than the other companies. The installation process was very easy, their team arrived and laid down floor runners and covered some of the furnitures that might be susceptible to dust and debris during the install. They were very efficient and thorough with the install and cleaned up well once everything was installed to our standard. Communication with them was very easy and they responded promptly to any questions that I had. Im very happy with our experience with Advanced View windows and doors and highly recommend them.

  We used Advanced View Windows to replace 26 windows and 1 exterior door in our home. We shopped around a bit before committing, and Advanced View clearly had superior customer service and came in with the best pricing (nearly 20% less than competitors!). The quality of windows, backed by the manufacturers warranty, ensured us that we were making the right choice.Communication with ***** was an absolute breeze. He was quick to respond to any questions during the quoting, installation, and post-installation phase. It certainly didnt feel like the superior customer service ended once installation was complete. ***** was also very informative on the product he was providing and was not shy to make suggestions of how to cut cost down or how to get the most visually appealing results.We had several installers on site, given the size of the job, and they were wonderful! They were sure to accommodate our work from home and daughters nap schedules. ******* and *** were the two lead installers on our job and they were fantastic! They made sure everything was tidy at the end of the day. Once installation was fully complete, all debris was removed. We were given a walk-through of all the windows/door to ensure everything met or exceeded our expectations.As part of the government ****** we had a home energy audit completed before and after the window installation and the results clearly showed that our home is far more airtight after installation of the new windows.Thank you to ***** and the team for being so great to work with! I would confidently recommend Advanced View Windows to anyone and would gladly work with them again in the future!

  After completing a few weeks of research and after obtaining three quotations, I chose Advanced View Windows and Doors to remove and install 11 windows, 1 front door with 2 sidelights and 1 sliding patio door. My decision was based on how each of the three company representatives presented the worthiness of their product, its manufacture, cost and installation. I avoid subcontracted installers.Elvis company is smaller and in my view, well managed and very professional. I signed off on my order in mid September and in just under 11 weeks, the job was fully completed over two days. When ***** received delivery of my order, he called to confirm if a five day lead time for installation was sufficient. The no nonsense experienced full time crew of 5 are very good at their craft. *** is the crew lead and has been doing this for 15 years. Efficient, constant motion, everyone walks with a purpose - Measured twice and checked plumb and level carefully for each install. Protective runners and covers placed throughout my home. Vacuumed carpet at end of day both evenings.The white interior colour is in fact white, not blue/white. The exterior aluminum capping perfectly matched the existing soffit colour as did the caulking, which was flawlessly applied in less than (for me) ideal temperatures. You wont regret selecting Advanced View Windows and Doors.

  They did the windows for the renovation of the basement in our 100+ year old house. We wanted them to fit the decor of the house but be functional and better insulated. They had a good selection of styles and recommendations on what size and style would work best. The windows were complete on the date they had scheduled and the fellows doing the installation did a great job including the finishing. My only regret is that I didn't do this renovation earlier, because the basement family room is now so much brighter. I have no hesitation on recommending Advance View Windows.

  I have known **** for 50 years. He has always been an honest and hard working person.**** was very helpful with us with our selection of the replacement windows and doors to our house. He suggested many different alternatives. My wife, son and l met at his shop on Saturday and we we through the different windows and doors. It is a great showroom. We even saw the manufacture of the windows. We knew we were getting great quality windows and doors that will last us a long time.**** always return my calls promptly when we ask questions regarding the installation and other pertinent questions. His professional workers installed the windows and doors with care and always here on time.**** was here every day to check on the progress of his workers and made sure he windows and doors were properly installed.Good quality and price made us go with Advanced Windows and Doors.I even recommend Advanced Windows and Doors to all my friends and relatives.Thanks **** for all your help and coffees.Regards

  We were referred by a friend, and we were worried due to the tight deadline we had for the Energy audit. Also, being one window, not many companies would replace just one window.Was not worth their time. ***** was fast and efficient - he came to do in-person measurements and quotes, and the window came early. He sent his fantastic crew, ****** and *****, and they were very clean and professional. Gave us helpful advice and information, and we are very grateful. Will have Advance Windows do the rest of the house next year when we won't be on a deadline for an energy audit etc. Excellent work, and I wish all our other renos were so flawless from start to finish. Wonderful to have a small local family business in ******.

  We were looking to replace all the windows and doors in our house main floor.Last spring, after careful comparisons with 4 other companies, we eventually selected Advanced View Windows and Doors **** Their quote was slightly higher than the lowest price. However, we chose Advanced View Windows and Doors because we were impressed by the customer service. ***** was very kind, professional, and always returned my calls and provided satisfactory answers to all my questions and concerns. He also was very helpful in providing guidance with the process to apply for ****** Greener Homes Grants (efficiency profit).Delivery was made as previously scheduled. The installation team arrived on time, was very efficient and professional. The project site was left clean and all debris removed. The installation was perfect and caulking was carefully applied around all windows and doors. The windows and doors look beautiful, are easy to clean and maintain, and definitely add great value to the house.During this past winter, we could feel the difference in the heat inside the house, making everyone more comfortable and happy with the result.We definitely and highly recommend Advanced View Windows and Doors.

  Great service, Great workmanship, Punctual, Courteous are just a few comments I have. I was looking to replace a dining room window with a patio door and ***** and his crew came through for me with flying colours. They had to not only remove the window but cut and remove bricks from the wall that they achieved effortlessly and at the request of my husband saved them for a future project of his. The project site was left clean and all debris removed. I would recommend this company to anyone needing window and/or door replacements or for new builds. Great company to work with.****************
