    Hello: I am still waiting for a refund of $207.92 charged by Dymon on Aug 2nd as a result of incompetent customer service from the initial booking in July. I was informed by the manager, *********************, the refund was processed on August 16th and would take 2-3 days. As of today, Aug.26th, there is still no sign of the credit on my statement. What seems to be the problem? It should not take this long to process a refund. If it has been processed, please provide a screenshot of the processed refund and I will reach out to my credit card company to see why the delay.This ongoing delay only confirms the subpar customer service received at this location. Moving is a stressful experience, storing your goods should not be. I'm extremely disappointed with how I've been treated and will be advising family, friends, and the ******************* to steer clear of this facility.One very unsatisfied customer, *****************

    I spoke to ********************* and he informed me that the refund has been processed and the original issue has been resolved. He also provided a month credit as good will gesture. Please fell free to reach out to ***** or myself should you have any questions.
