    I visited your location on August 21 around 730pm. I order my food and drink. The food order was the cilantro lime chicken wrap. The cashier taking the order guaranteed that the items are available for the wrap. After waiting 10 min and still no one on sandwich bar the cashier proceeds to tell me they had no rice. I asked for a refund in which I was charged for another 2 wraps. The cashier was arguing with me stating she didn’t charge me and to press the red button on the pin pad. Once I explained that it approved and there was nothing to press. I asked for a receipt in which she was refusing to provide. I finally received but the receipt and after 10 mins of stating my point and providing proof. I was finally refunded my money but only after I was called a ***** ** ***** who is *****
