We had to call the cops and explain the situation. This auto dealer caused us a lot of relationship issues and refused initially to returned the funds, the owner ******** at me ( *****) and told me it was my fault for not warning my husband not to buy this vehicle. He raised his voice and I had an a dozen panic attacks and was very emotional my husband lost money and his mental health was triggered he forgot and went back there for a blue ***** and they refused more then a 5 min test drive he is now out another 1000$ DO NOT buy a vehicle here you will end up paying 1000’s of extra dollars in repairs they state as is but buy the vehicles at auction for next to nothing. The price does reflect the year and km of the vehicle be very careful . Do your homework bring a mechanic and proceed with extreme caution they are very nice for a reason they want your money. On or about January 8, 2020 I entered into a purchase and sale agreement with the Vendor Trinity Auto Brokers, Sales Manager for a 1999 **** **** small dump truck for $5,333.00. The Vendor promised to deliver the vehicle to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia within a few weeks after I provided a downpayment of $2,700 via email transfer which occurred around the same time. I have an invoice for the purchase with all the promises for the delivery to Nova Scotia along with emails regarding the expectations of delivery and when. Following several delays in delivering the vehicle to Nova Scotia to the Purchaser, in around April 2020 there were some COVID-19 restrictions placed on certain trans-provincial travel; however, commercial business traffic remained open between provinces. As this transaction was not between private citizens but rather a purchase of products from a registered business, travel restrictions were not the same as for non-commercial personal travel. Following several attempts during the past three years to refund my deposit of $2,700 or have the vehicle delivered to Nova Scotia; the Vendor is now telling me he has no idea where the **** *** **** truck is and he refuses to return my damage deposit.
