    Coleman construction rebuilt our house after a fire and we have continued to have nothing but issues and pay more money out of pocket to have trusted construction company's come and resolve the problems

    My apologies on the late reply. It appears that the wrong company was contacted.

    When the customer approached us about pricing to build their new home, we jumped on it because it is minutes from our office. The customer had received other pricing but communicated to us that the other quotes were too high and they wouldn't be able to afford to go with other builders based on their budget. The customer and I were able to work together on structuring a contract that met their budget which consisted of the customer taking on some responsibilities to complete the build of their proposed new home. Some the responsibilities consisted of: painting, installing the flooring and supplying light fixtures because they had a family member that could get good pricing on said items. There were some challenges on getting these items at the discounted rate that were promised.

    Please see attached contract. We feel that we have gone above and beyond the criteria of the contract and have responded in a timely manner for repairs that would be under warranty. Maintenance and good house keeping is highly recommended to sustain a nice home.
