    We have been dealing with Safewatch for about 23 years. We recently moved into a new home and asked Rob if he could set us up in our new place. As always Rob went above and beyond to make sure our needs were addressed. We switched to a Wifi system for the new home and Rob took the time to explain how the new system would work based on our security requests. While we were going through renovations in the new home, Rob would check in to see how things were going but at no time did we feel any pressure to set a firm date for the installation of the new system. The system has now been installed and Rob sent a message the following day asking if everything went ok. This is the kind of service we have come to appreciate from the team at Safewatch.
