They obviously won't work at all.     Hi *****, I am so sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. We try to offer a variety of tires at different price ranges that are all useable. That being said it is very subjective and some businesses have different criteria than others for what they will put on vehicles. We recommend if you want even higher quality tires it is best to expand your budget for tires, of course if that is an option for you. We are unable to track tires and whether or not they have been swapped out which is why we do not allow for returns, refunds or exchanges, this is posted in multiple places over our facility. This is also stated on your receipt if you choose to take one with you. I do also want to ensure you all reviews are read and individually responded to.     Too bad you don't have a variety of responses. You sound ridiculously ************** and hide behind this screen. Remember word of mouth is the best advertising and I guarantee you that. I am going to let everyone know the ******* *** damaged products you sell and how you take advantage of people's trust. Karma will get you that I am sure.

    Paid fair cash in good faith for two tires that looked ok, had good tread and was 2017 production. I have successfully bought used tires at other used tire companies before.
    When I tried to have these installed on May 10 2022 at a tire shop the morning after purchase I was told there are pinholes in the sidewalls of both tires so they are both unusable scrap.
    During my call to Kevin to discuss issues with both tires Kevin and the voice in the background repeated no warranties all sales final with the product he sold claimed in good condition less than 24 hrs earlier.
    If your company policy is no returns for unusable garbage... that should be your talk in person, your misleading adds, and on receipt . Legitimate companies care about their reputation!
    I have bought many times through ****** and never had the misfortune of dealing with a dishonest ******* posing as a legitimate business!

Unfortunately, as stated on our receipt as well as throughout our facility, we do not offer returns, refunds, warranties or guarantees as they are used tires. We do understand that this isn't what all costumers are looking for and therefore we offer new tires which have a bit more leeway in regards to that policy.
