    We are a paint supplier (*** ********** ****** ***** *****) who provided paint to **** for a job he was doing on May 5th. When he placed his order with us originally we were short 3 gallons of paint to complete. We knew we would have more product the next day. When the product came in we called **** and asked if he still needed the 3 gallons. He said yes and said to go ahead and mix the paint. By May 18th he still hadn't come in so we called and got a message that he was away until June 5th. We called June 9th and **** confirmed he would be in to purchase the order he placed. Since then we've tried to call 2 more times, leaving messages that have not been returned. Before I start putting negative reviews on here and google I hope to have this resolved through the ***. We simply want **** to pay for the products he requested as paint is custom tinted and in a colour that will not be re-sellable. This is not a proper way to do business, if he does not intend to purchase the paint he requested us to make then at least tell me, so I can close his file and move on with other things.

    I am aware of the 3 gallons of paint I have not picked up yet. I still need this paint for a project that I am not returning to yet. I don't understand why you wouldn't have just charge me for the 3 gallons with the card I have on file with you. I didn't realize that there was an expiration date on picking up an order I placed especially when I have given you my credit card for your file so you can charge me for orders I place.    Please charge my card on file and I will come pick them up when I have time. Thanks!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20350964, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We hadn't tagged his account correctly to indicate he had his payment information on file. **** was very understanding and professional in addressing this mistake on our part and I hope there was no harm done.
