    This company totally misrepresents itself and provides totally untrue diagnostics of accounting programs. Then they tell you it will take up to a month to fix and quote exorbitant fees to fix your supposed problem. When confronted they quickly refunded my credit card payment. After contacting the proper tech support for my accounting program I was told there were no problems and that my program was working fine.     I also phoned in error to Trio Web I thought I was talking to my software support team. Trio told me the same thing my files were corrupt proably because of turning off the program incorrectly or power outages. I did pay them thinking they were the software co. and after i approved the charge was the first time they said the name Trio Web I asked why it wasn't my software co name and gave some bs answer. i would never deal with this company again. donot give straight answers more of scare tactics. ****

    we had a error on our accounting program and was told by one of you reps that we need to get therror fixed for 3500 incluing st also told us we neede to up grade our accounting program to a bigger account for 4100 we wehre convinced that you wher saying the right thng so we gave you a credit card for 3500 somhint did not seem righ as soon as we started tto ask questions then you quickely took any files off my computer and hung up we are diputting this charge on out credit card **** ******* ** * ****

    See the first review. I experienced the same problem, and the same fraudulent claims. As with Marc D., I called them in error thinking I was calling the software support line. Luckily for me, I didn't believe and got very suspicious. The employee sounded extremely sincere and professional, but I got in touch with the actual software manufacturer and got everything sorted.
