    Very poor customer service. Waiting on live chat for long time no response. Called in customer service and call keep disconnecting every time. Just waist of money

    G3 Telecom does not answer its phone or respond to emails. Although its website states to call for support or complaints, when they don't answer the phone and the phone system loops, asking you to select an option, there is no way to report issues or complaints or ask for support.

    I have had an account with G3 TETECOM and its predecessor **** Telecom for many years, with no problems. I pay online through my bank. Recently, they came up with a new billing system that allows online payments. According to the monthly statement, all you have to do is "Simply add G3 TELECOM to your list of payees" in the bill payments section of your online banking. The statement says you should use your 10-digit telephone number for your account number when adding a payee. When I do that, the system responds with "invalid account number". So I can't pay online. I called G3 TELECOM. They said that the fault is at the bank end. I called the bank (**********), they say the problem is at the G3 Telelcom end. I pay G3 Telecom, so I want them to solve the problem. They don't seem interested.
