    I hired this wall removal company to do a job. They did the job halfway-I paid and have in writing the job was to remove 2 walls and put up two beams. Both walls were removed and only 1 beam was installed. The other beam is sitting on my living room floor. What happened is that they encountered some minor issues with putting up the second beam and 'offered' to cut my main electrical wiring in order to put up second beam to which I didn't like the sound of. ********* **** **** ** ** excuse to not put up the second beam ******* * ***** *** * *** ** * ****** and they claim it was not needed. I paid in full. The next day I asked him to please put up the second beam, after some resistance he said he would put it up but still has not even after repeated messages to Hussain. This is over a month ago

    The client asked for us bot to get rid of the electrical. There were two 220 wires running whoch were in the way of us putting up the beam. he was asked if he wants us to cut the electrical and put up the beam because 90% of the work was already done which was talking out the wall. He said he does not want the electrical cut and asked if what is in place is sufficient enough. He was told that what is in place is sufficient enough however if he wants the second beam up we can put it up we just have to get rid of the elctrical and he has to get it rerouted whoch he did not want so we left it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The response makes no sense. He's speaking about the initial day of work where there clearly was some communication error- As previously mentioned, I was under the impression they were going to cut my mains power and I'd be without for some time which I did not like the sound of.  I have since hired an electrician to move the electrical that was 'in the way' and have communicated this to them in order for them to come back and finish the job.

    With some reluctance, they initially agreed to do so but have since ignored me and have moved onto other projects and have left me hanging.
