    I registered my child for an annual membership (2024 April 28 - 2025 April 27 ) at Toronto Vango Fencing Center on April 28th, 2024. Until the end of August, the club was running normally - running three group classes on a weekly basis and three coaches (Moe, Mathias, Stella ) for the group classes. My child was able to book private lessons twice per week with two of the coaches until August. However, at the beginning of September the club's organization/environment changed dramatically. All three coaches  (Moe, Mathias, Stella) resigned in the same week. It has been almost two months that the group class had no stable coach -  always different supply coaches, or sometimes even just one coach to teach 30 students. *** ****** ******* **** *** ***** ******** ***** **** ** ******** ** ********** **** *** ** ********* Moreover, we are no longer able to book private lessons.  My child's two private coaches (as mentioned above both Moe and Mathias left Vango club).  This kind of situation has lasted for almost two months until today. * ******* ** ******* *** *********** *** ******* ******** ********* ** ****** ** ** ** ******* ********* ********** ********* With the above changes on Vango side, I requested to terminate the membership by the end of October and asked for a 50% refund of my original payment. The amount is $1769.58. However, Vango insisted that they will take 40% of my original payment as penalty. The reason why I requested the club membership termination was purely because of the significant changes on the club side. Coach is the most important factor of a Fencing club. The membership consists of the Group class and Private lesson. However, currently both the group class and the private lesson are in an abnormal situation at Vango. *** ******* ** *** ********* ** ***** ******* ****** ** ******* ********** ************** ***** ** **********. I request Vango to refund me 50% percent ($1769.58. ) of my original payment by the end of Oct.
