    I went into the store about 2 weeks ago to buy a used phone. There was gentleman in the store that had purchased a new phone for me as a good deed.. The man gave me the receipt if anything should go wrong with the phone. the phone battery blew up. I called ******* to see if they could fix this. They took down the ID # off the phone to find that it was a fake. They had advised me that it was from Caribian phone and it was not one of there's. And they couldn't help me out. So I took the phone back to the store that I got it from. The man at the store said he had to get hold of the owner of the store. Because he was not authorized to do returns. I asked the man to do a switch for another phone. He said no.. then he got hold of the owner of the store. The owner didn't even see the phone. He said no I'm not replacing it ..He said it was to personal damage And he also said it was my problem... Not doing it. you can contact me at **********

    we originally sold a used ******* ****** A10E with a standard 15 day
    in store warranty against defects (not including accidental damage)
    after the warranty had ended the customer in question brought it back
    after several months with a severe damage to the charging port and the
    battery due to the physical damage to the charging port the customer
    decided not to repair the device but needed a new phone but was not
    financially able to afford to do so but due to the goodness of our
    heart we spilt the cost with a friend of our store and together we
    purchased the customer a new ******* ****** A03 Core (international
    edition) near the end of the standard 15 day warranty the customer
    brought it into the store with damage suspiciously identical damage as
    the first device and due to the physical damage it was deemed
    suspicious and or accidental with a probable cause as being faulty
    household electrical as such it voided the warranty end when the
    manager of the store asked if the customer could leave the phone so
    that our cellphone repair technician could troubleshoot the phone the
    customer and his father refused to leave it they also refuse to bring
    it back on another day when the technician would be available as for
    the accusing our business of selling a fake phone all of our new
    devices or open box devices are purchased through a authorized Samsung
    distributor and they certify that the devices are genuine and free of
    defects
