    Narellen Pools sent my parents to *********************, with KTPC who promised an install this spring. He was unresponsive to all messages, emails, etc. And we just found out that he filed bankruptcy, after taking $40,000 from my parents. *** was an authorized contractor with Narellan, and my parents did not choose him. NARELLEN did. Now their pool is built, and sitting in ********'s yard (according to them anyway), but they won't give my parents the pool because *** hasn't paid. They paid this hefty deposit to someone ******** sent them to. THIS IS ON NARELLEN. What a disgrace!
