    The lack of professionalism is amazing , we moved in and even stated that we could make the repairs needed , now it's over a year later and I think its time to shift gears and see if maybe holding on to the rent will initiate a quicker response , we are overrun with spiders and large ***** sewer bugs and I mean lots so being terrified of them is a field day for me , for the past month now there is no hot water after 9pm ,original issue was two rooms needing to be closed up and dry walled we didnt know about the bugs and not having control of our own thermosstat . For nearly ******* a month you would expect a little more respect and assistance with such things but I guess thats not how it works anymore. Respectfully Colt a very disappointed tenant.

    This person that owns one of the units on Old Quarry rd is trying to rent it out with mold and floors lifting up. How is anyone allowed to do anything like this. Bylaw was involved and no one has come to let me know what else they will be doing about this gentleman. He's a complete slumlord and is getting away with quite a bit of stuff. Someone needs to report this guy big time. This is why tenants refuse to pay rent because of people like him.
