      Do not even deserve one star. I already have internet with them and called to upgrade and add TV. They told me they would waive the $150 fee and only would charge $5 a month for the second TV box. After making an appointment they called me two days later and tell me they made a mistake and that I will have to pay $150 for a truck rolling fee and $100 for the two tvs to be hooked up. They had zero interest in me already being a customer and said they would not waive the fee even though it was their mistake. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      These guys are the best. My internet went out on a Sunday. Two hours after phoning, a techie showed up, replaced the modem, back on the air in 10 minutes. I have used WTC for 14 years, and they are always friendly, helpful, and fast. **** and ****** could learn a lot about customer service from these guys!

      **** and **** arrived on time, delivering excellent service in a friendly, very competent manner. Many thanks for answering all of the questions as well as keeping us informed on what they were doing. It was a pleasure to meet them.
