    Product sold to me does not work. It also does not match the picture of the product that is advertised to consumers. I reached out to customer service with no response. I also tried to leave an honest & respectful review twice and both times it was blocked from being published. The picture of the product on their website does not match what was sent to me and it does not work. I lost around $50 to this company and after trying to reach customer service many times I gave up. Hopefully this prevents future customers from falling for this **********/**** website. *** *** *** **** *** ******** *** ********* **** the product I received does not match what is advertised on their website. On top of that it’s supposed to resemble a regular ********* pod and the side by side comparison shows they are not the same size and shape.

    This has been resolved and the order has been delivered. The customer will gladly agree, as all tracking indicates a delivered order and the customer has returned to order more products. Thanks!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Their response is either a *** or they have me mixed up with someone else. My complaint was not in any way referring to the delivery of the item. Also the statement saying I’ve been back to order more items is 100% false and I have not ordered anything else from them. Yes I received an item from this company. The issue at hand as I stated in my original complaint is that the item does not match what is advertised on the website. Customer service is blocking my respectful and honest review from being published on their website so that other customers won’t see my pictures comparing the discrepancy between what I received to what is pictured on their website.

    I emailed you on december 14th, 2024 and never received any response. Are you not able to see my original complaint on here? Please read the original complaint with the full explanation *** ******** ******** describing the discrepancy. If you need more context please read the email I sent over 2 months ago.
