      I am extremely disappointed with my recent engineered hardwood purchase at Alexanian Flooring. It was supposed to be a premium quality floor; however, the quality of the flooring was appalling, riddled with an unacceptable number of knots, having, significant color variations and with tongue and groove joints very loose (a good quality tongue and groove product would hold pieces together easily). When I contacted Alexanian Flooring they refused to support me and take responsibility, rather they blamed the manufacturer. The latter, *********** Flooring, also dismissed my concerns, ******* **** **** ****** ******* ** ****** ***** ********* *** refused to take the product back. I was, also, ********* misled into believing that the hardwood was made in Canada, only to find out that the planks were manufactured in China, finished in the USA, and merely packed in Canada. This ********* practice is unacceptable and ***********. * ****** * ***** ****** *** ******** ** *** ******** ** **** ****** *** *** ** *** *** *********** ******* ********* This entire experience has been for us nothing short of a nightmare, *** * ******** **** ****** ** ***** ***** ** *********** ********* *** ********* ******** ********* ***** ******
