    I brought my **** in for a screen repair in Sept 2024. The screen had shattered and I called the store prior to going. I told the owner exactly what type of device I had because in calls to other stores they had the screens for cellular but not for just wi-fi. I specifically stated it was a wi-fi only device and was told that they had a screen in the shop. The owner had said it would be done in a day. I later heard back from the owner that he had the wrong screen, that the screen he had in stock was for devices with cellular. He offered me a choice about paying extra for expedited shipping vs not paying extra for regular shipping and the difference was many days. I needed my device back, it was Fri so I chose expedited and was told the screen would come on Mon. It didn’t come on Mon. Eventually a screen came and I was told that the screen was flashing and that he needed to try another screen and had one on order. He ultimately told me he had ordered a total of 3 screens and that he spent thousands of $, and had the same problem with each one. He said it was likely we would need to back up my device and do a full reset. He gave me my device over the weekend (a week later) so I could have it for work. I noticed a battery issue when I had it back (not fully charging) and when I returned it the next week I told the owner about this. I also told him that the battery was charging fine after the screen had broken (it shattered 2 days before I took it for repair and I played *******). When I got it back for the 1 weekend it was only charged to 14%, and by the end of the weekend it was only charging to 11%. During the week after I returned it to the store the owner wanted my ***** password and I went into the store to type it in so that the download of data could happen. A day or so later I was told I needed to turn off find **** on my phone. Then the battery died. The owner tried to tell me the battery was because of the original drop, but the battery was working.

    ******** I had problems charging my Laptop in February of this year and took it to The owner of this repair shop. He first said I needed to leave $100 deposit before he would look at it. ** **** ******* And quoted me verbally between $250-300 to fix it, explaining most likely that charging port on the motherboard would have to be replaced. He ended up charging me $480 to replace the charging port. ** *** ***** *** *** ******* * ******* ********* It worked until now and my computer is no longer charging. I took it back to him yesterday. He opened it up and placed electrical tape on the charging port, because it's loose, and told me when I get home to tape the cord to table to hold it to stabalize it until I could afford to pay another $280 to fix it again. He said the Warranty of the fix in February is no longer valid. $480 only to last six months and have to pay him $280 again. * **** *** ******* ** ******* **** ******* ** *** ** ********* ****** *** ** ** ** * ******* ******* ****** **** **** ******** ***** ******* ** ****** ****** ** called me *** ********** ** ** ****** **, saying he spent an hour yesterday on it.
