    My wife went in for oil change. 2019 *** **** 500 km before due 1st problem told her low oil need engine flush oil was bad. No coolant needed flush. I checked momth prior all good . Parked car in driveway. I came home from work. There was oil all under driveway. The oil filter was dripping. I called them. They wanted me to DRIVE the car with no oil.

    The complaint from ***** ***** was received by Mr Lube Canada and relayed our Hamilton Store #*** August 15, 2023.  The complaint was responded immediately. With agreement from ***** ***** the issues were addressed and her expenses of $201.03 (taxes included) were reimbursed to her by cheque.

    As with any automotive maintenance business, occasionally a team member makes and error and Everest Services O/A Mr Lube + Tires Centers always responds immediately and professionally to resolve the complaint quickly. Our customer's agreement to the resolution is a key element to our approach.

    *** ***** ***** ** ** *** *** *** ****** ***** *** ****** *** *** ******* ***** I went for a oil change and I started driving few days later ky oil light came on I then went back to say some thing to them they then changed something around and said I needed to go to a Mechanic I then took it to a Mechanic the Mechanic said that it was the persons fault who did the oil change I brought I back to me lube where they said it was not there problem *** ****** **** **** ***** **** ******* * ****** *** ******

    The Oil Change Service to ****** ******'s vehicle was Video Reviewed and discovered to have been properly done according to Mr Lube Canada Brand Standards. Whatever the cause of the problem, it was not resultant from the actions of the Mr Lube Service Technician. This was explained to Mr ****** who was invited to view the Video. We communicated "Please also consider that you may, by appointment, view the video footage at the store where you would be welcomed!" The offer was not acted upon.
