    I enrolled my son in a driver's training program, but the company has been unable to fulfill its obligations in a timely manner. Despite accepting full payment upfront, they have failed to schedule the in-car portion of the course within a reasonable timeframe. Months have passed with no communication or confirmed dates, indicating a lack of sufficient staff to meet demand. This delay is unacceptable, as it prevents students from completing their certification as promised.They keep passing the ***** and giving the run around, saying that they are focused on classes that took place 6 months ago, and have no intention to fix the problems.

    We have heard from the company, only stating that they are focused on students that took the classes in May of last year.  That I should contact another instructor to provide in car training.  That instructor had a car accident and is no longer working.  Offering no other solutions.

    I have heard from 100's of families and students in the same predicament as I am, and they still have no resolve.  Its to the point now where every month that passes my insurance is costing me over ******/per month extra because my son doesn't have the course completed! 

    And they are still offering courses and signing up students for future dates.  This is absolutely unacceptable to continue to put families through this, when they cannot fulfill their past obligations.

    We paid 780 dollars to Drive Right on August 18 for a combination of in-class learning and in-car training. Our daughter completed the in- class portion and since then we have sent at least a dozen messages asking to book the car training and have never received a response back. Her licence willl expire in January so it is important we get the training soon. Can you help us get these lessons booked. We see the training car driving around town so we know they are still operating. We just don't know why they willl not respond to our requests for the lessons we have paid for.

    July 3 2023 we signed our son up with Drive Right Driving School. He did his in class the first week of July. By October we had heard nothing so I called the office and the owner told me our son passed his in class and they would contact us when he begins driving, by January we still had heard nothing. I went on their web page and left a bad review telling what has happened to us this far. I then called the office and left a message asking when will he drive. The owner called me Sunday Feb 4th wanting to know our sons information, where he took his in class, what school he attended, our phone number. All of this information they already had from signing up in July. Regardless I called and gave her the information. Today February 15th the owner called me and said my son would not be getting any in car driving until I took the bad review down. I told her it has been 8 months and you never contact us we have to contact you, we haven't even received his marks for in class. She replied "I don't care, take down the review and besides I was going to call you today anyway with his appointment but now I have messaged my instructor not to give in car to your son until you take down review ". I told her I would be contacting the BBB and I was told to "go right ahead". She has also threatened me with legal action if I don't take the review down which I am contacting Consumer Protection Friday the 16th on that issue.

    This business is horrid to deal with. The driving instructor ridiculed my daughter and literally had her riddled with anxiety. Weve been dealing with them for 7 months. She has been trying to get her in car done. They cancel last minute schedule her when theyve been told shes at work. Ask her if shes serious about getting her license. We fought back and forth with communication for 3 months promising they would get her in at completed. I was told my daughter needed to communicate better and learn to make her priorities more clear. Shes tried reaching out and now shes told they are cancelling her remaining sessions. Which I paid 750 for the course and weve gotten no education what so ever!!! This business is awful one driving instructor who has multiple driving offenses. The way they run things is like a circus. I want my money back which *** made clear and they ignore me. This was a waste of money as weve had to make alternative arrangements to have defensive driving techniques thought and overall any driving instruction. There are multiple other parents fighting the same issues with these people! They need to be out of business. They are no better then stealing peoples money and not offering services in the proper manner what so ever! Ive been in customer service for over ************************************************************************************************************ my entire life!
