    Work was completed Dec 2022 and amount paid was $1800.00 cash. Has not returned to correct the defects. See text communication which indicates the broken promises and request to provide refund. Nature of issue has been outlined in my *** review Defective workmanship on the new home eavestrough install. Leaking sections and used different luster on the install not consistent throughout. Used High glossed and flat sheen materials. My mistake by paying the client before all work was completed. I was going away and trusted client to complete the corner piece not expecting he would try and slip by this type of workmanship. Pictures attached to show several defects. Will not return to fix the defects. Many broken promises .Offered a compromise however owner now, ceases to not communicate. I am a senior and will now have to hire out another contractor to fix the defects and then proceed with small claims court to hopefully recover this unnecessary expense unless the *** can convince client to provide a refund. I request a refund to be used to correct the defects and prefer not to have to deal with owner again, can not be trusted.
