    * ** ******* ** ******** **** *** ** ****** *** my experience was exceptional. My paperwork was not faxed and finally I just dropped in. It is a busy location, after registration the posted board showed waiting time of 98 minutes. It was a good thing I did not wander off as I was called in even though my name was not on the board. All told, wait time and bloodwork was completed in only 1/2 hour. As well, this bloodwork visit was absolutely terrorizing for me ********* ***** ***** ******* **** **** * ***** **** ** **** ******* *** ***** ** **** **** *** ****** ***** ***** *** ***** ***** ********* * ****** ** ***** **** **** ** ****** ** ********* *** **** ** ********* ******* ** *** ***** ******** ********* * *** ******* *** ***** ***** ** ********* *** ** ****** *** perfect - barely a drop of blood, directly opposite to previous experiences. Wonderful all around.

    We only have 2 lifelabs in Whitby and this lifelab closed without even informing the patients. Today my husband had an appointment for ****** test and they booked him for 2:30PM but yet they closed stating "unforeseen reasons"; another sign on the door indicated they close every 2nd Monday at 2pm. But they still accept after 2PM appointments does not make any sense. ********** **** **** ******* ******* ***** *** ****** **** *** ******** ** **** ** *** ***** Is anyone taking any action on this place? this is not a shopping place, we go here for medical issues. This cannot be accepted. Some serious action should be taken on this. ******** ******** ******* ********** ******** *** ***** ** * **** ****** ******* ** *** ***

    I witnessed a delivery driver verbally abuse a woman today. I have picture of him and the minivan. He called the woman a stupid uneducated bitch and also make racial slurs towards her. He was an aggressive, loud and in her personal space. She was so upset that she was shaking and scared. BC48632 the serial number on the back is 20020. This took place at the BHC Burnhamthorpe Health Centre. This woman was there to get spinal pain inject and was in a lot of pain and yet he kept berating her. She asked him to leave her alone and he wouldn’t. Please contact me so that I can send the pictures.

    Lifelabs ********* in St Catharines has caused me loss of wages for a week when the results I needed for a pre employment procedure did not arrive on time because they lost my specimen.

    I investigated this with the staff members at this location. They told me she initially dropped the samples off without a requisition. ****** then dropped off more samples March 7th with a requisition, they misinformed her by saying the results will take 2-3 days when in fact broad spectrums take 5-7 TAT I reached out to ******, she said she receive the results on the 14th and all is good.     Refused to send results to the doctor I requested to be sent to even though the staff at the blood drawing clinic said it was fine and they would do. Also took forever to get the results when I called 3 times plus had my family dr call they said they didn't have results. Family dr calls like 5th time they say they send it to another doctor and can't send me family dr a copy and don't have anything. Ridiculous public service these people could not even say what test I had or why it took so long or where results were. ********** ******** *** ********** *******

    LifeLab System to have priority for appointments only is wrong. 2 hours to wait for walk-in clients, a specially older who cannot use App or WEB. It cannot be combined, as definitely to truck walk in vs appointment is impossible, people with diabetes cannot to eat in the morning and cannot wait for 2 hours.. LifeLab has to have, maybe, different locations, for walk-in only or appointments only- NO WALK IN.. To find the spot online can took months ..All is wrong.. The system is for people and if it doesnt work it has to be changed or enhanced.

    I recently had my blood drawn at LifeLabs, ***** ** ******* ** **** ***** *** * ** ******** Drawing blood from my veins has always been a challenge due to their difficulty, and it often leaves me feeling stressed. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting Jane, a remarkably professional, helpful, and caring individual. She skillfully completed the blood draw on the very first attempt. I am truly grateful for Jane's expertise and would like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to her.

    Poor customer service at corporate level! Beware of LifeLab’s online booking! You could get screwed. I mistakenly hit the sample pickup at home and got charged $160 (2X$80). I did not book a pickup and never used this service. I booked a lab visit and had my test done. The receptionist told me that I can call the corporation and have my $160 refunded. I called and got a customer service ticket * * * * * *. I have called 4 times to follow up and they always say I should call customer service and when I say that’s the same number I called, they act surprised. Then they transfer my call to the so called customer service department and no one picks up. I call again and again and explain everything with details, dates, order number, etc. Finally they say the same thing… that someone from accounting will call me to set up the refund. It has been 7 months now and still I haven’t got a refund.

    We went to our appointment dated May 16, 2023 at 08:35 in the morning with my wife and son in 250 Harding BLVD. I was charged $96 and $41 for my son's tests. The nurse, who tried to take blood from my son's right arm, could not do it somehow. In the meantime, they hurt my 6-year-old son a lot. Later, a second nurse took blood from his left arm and sent us. At 2:30 pm they called me on the phone and asked me to bring my son back. At 3:20 pm I and my two sons went there again. I asked the nurse why they did this for the third time. They told me they couldn't get enough blood the second time. When I criticize these words, she said we will not do it if you want, but we will not refund your money. **** * ****** ** ******* *** ********* **** *** ******** *** ***** **** ***** ***** ******** *** **** *** ****** **** * **** * ***** ***** **** ** ***** ***** *** ***** **** **** *** ******* *** *** ***** *** ****** **** ** ** ***** *** ***** **** * ******** ** *** ******** ** *** ********* ****** ************ *** **** *** **** **** **** *** ******* ******** ****** ****** I stopped objecting when I realized it would make things confusing. She then said she would refund my money but not test the blood. I realized that the service quality of that institution was terrible and I had to give consent to my son getting his arm take blood for the third time. In summary; *** ***** ***** ******* She saw my son's pain, but she didn't care. She thought of her work only commercially. She did not apologize for her mistake. *** **** *** ** ** *** ******* ******** **** *** *** **** * ******* ******* All she had to do was apologize.

    They are not trained ....very young intern kind technicians. More blood gushed out of the insertion point than into the vile for a good min or two
