    I inquired to Luthier Decals recently for a ****** ********** Headstock decal. Instead of an email from the Luthier Decals company, I got an **** message from an **** store called "********************" from a "Tim". I am guessing they are affiliated. I asked for detailed specs to make sure I would be getting the right material, shape & size. His messages were vague & did not offer any measurements. When I persisted to get detailed specs, Tim started sending me ****/unprofessional messages with all caps. I told him that I would not be purchasing from him because of his *****, ***********, ****, unprofessional behavior. However, he continued to send me ****, ********* messages through ****. I had to report his *** behavior to **** & to have his messages blocked. I have been a luthier for 35 years & have a lot of customers. So, it would have been beneficial to his "business" to help me out for, at least, that reason alone. ***** ****** ** ******* ****** ******* *** **** ****** *********************** ****** *** **** *** ** *** ***** *****

    I ordered several guitar logos which were not "in scale" and considerably smaller than an authentic logo. I did not realize the issue until I applied the sticker. I emailed Tim M. (from **** ** ***********, Luthier Decals, etc) and he replied "before you order make sure it's the correct size and all decals are not authentic". Sizes of decals are not stated on the Luthier Decals website nor are the decals pictured as applied so that one will know that the relative proportions of the decal are correct. * ***** *** ****** ****** ** ** ******** **** **** *******. I purchase several decals which are useless and do not represent the quality and self-proclaimed "passion" that this company touts. In addition, the customer service is inept.

    Simply put, I ordered decals from luthierdecals.com My money was taken and nothing was delivered to me. I have never received the decals I ordered, months later. I have sent message after message asking for updates and none of my messages were answered. No response, no replies, no decals.
