    **** and his partner came here August 22nd to clean windows inside and outside, ***** and tracks. The next sunny day streaks showed up on all the windows. The streaks are very obvious and distracts from the view. I have contacted him several times, especially on sunny days, asking for him to come back or refund my money. He has ghosted me. No reply. It cost me $200 and still dirty windows. The didn't clean the ***** or tracks. There were dead insects and dirt in the tracks. Yuck.
