1 star**** ******* ** * ***** They will NOT cover your shipping insurance. I had a $2500 ***** item mis-delivered. I paid the entire insurance coverage and they REFUSED the claim. Not only that but they charged additional shipping charges after refusing the claim. **** ******* ** * ***** **** **** **** ***** *********Review fromGuillaume L

1 star**** *** * ****! ** *** **** **** ****, they quote you a lower price by entering a different weight rate charges. Then a month later they charge automatically your credit card for weight correction. Also I paid additional insurance on a package that was completely destroyed the carrier and was never able to process the claim... ***** *** *******.Review fromMatt L

1 starWe used to love NetParcel for our business, and we have sent tens of thousands of dollars of shipments through them over the past 2 years. However, over the past few months we have started receiving a large number of invoices after-the-fact with additional charges on previous shipments. Things like "Extra Care Charges", being double-billed for taxes (GST/HST), a few extra dollars for freight and fuel, etc. Shipments booked with ****** are specifically the worst. The boxes that we send are all uniform/standard sizes and weights so there is no variation between shipments. NetParcel is back-billing hundreds of dollars and auto charging these bills to our credit card on a routine basis. When you dispute these charges, NetParcel initially tries to tell you that it's your fault (wrong dimensions, weights, etc.) and when you push them they will eventually "file a dispute with the carrier" and then magically "the carrier will agree to refund your money". Super frustrating. We are beginning to look elsewhere for a shipping provider.Review fromCHERIF T

1 starThere are many companies having the same business models but most of them are respectful and caring to their customers . For NETPARCEL , its an exception I was deceived once for canceling an appointment already arranged and once by saying we are not interested to discuss about a possible cooperation . Very disappointing and careless non professional attitude .Review fromVal S

On May 14, 2023 I used the services of NetParcel to send a package via ***, with an estimated delivery time of 4 days. Unfortunately, the package was never delivered. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to both NetParcel and ***, no resolution has been provided. The only responses I have received were daily promises of delivery "today," which have proven to be empty assurances. To make matters worse, after the shipment was already in progress, an unauthorized charge of $16.75 was added to my account under the pretext of an "address correction" fee. I did not request any address corrections, as the shipping label accurately displayed the unchanged address throughout the entire process. It is evident that this erroneous charge has been unfairly imposed on me. The whereabouts of my parcel are still unknown. Despite my several requests to start a Lost Item Claim, NetParcel did nothing, but false promises. NetParcel has proven to be completely unhelpful in resolving any issues that may arise during the shipment process.netParcel

Thank you for taking the time to engage the BBB on this matter. Our team initiated a claim with the carrier for loss immediately upon receiving the jotform/claim paperwork. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product shipped, the claim was denied as it falls under shipper's risk. Though we default to the carrier's terms and conditions, our team refunded the value of the freight prior to responding to this review. In terms of the address correction fee, our team credited this directly to your invoice prior to it being charged. That said, we acknowledge that this was not effectively communicated to the customer and have addressed this matter internally. Thank you, netParcel AMVal S

The Netparcel response consistently lacks accuracy. Following my case for undelivered services, ******, not Netparcel, issued a refund for the shipping charges. The imposed "address correction" fee was only credited back to me after I refused to pay and halted the payment. I provided all the necessary documentation for the Lost Item Claim on 05/24/2023, yet Netparcel only initiated the claim on 06/22/2023. To date, the claim remains in process, with no follow-up or updates from Netparcel. Instead, they seem to prefer creating excuses, such as claiming that the item falls under the shipper's risk and thus denying the claim. Are they suggesting that my small, unbreakable metal dish is not covered by their insurance?Review fromRich T

1 star****** They continuously send you invoices for shipments with “additional” charges. Make sure you check every single transaction as they have ******* us out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars by doing this.Review fromVik

Initially tempting prices but I quote another reviewer with same experience. "if something ever goes wrong with a shipment - no one at netParcel seems to care or do anything about it." It costed me double the charges of initially declared. They clearly wash their hands off if there are additional charges at the recipient level. ******** **** ****** ***** *** ***** *********netParcel

Good afternoon, The situation that resulted in this review is unfortunately a matter of customs fees, which are assessed outside of our platform. . The fees in question are being assessed to the consignee due to the declared value of the shipment, and India's entry requirements. From a billing/invoicing perspective, our customer was quoted and billed the identical amount of $71.26 Unfortunately, though our team attempted to work as an intermediary between customer and carrier in an effort to resolve this in a timely manner, we were asked to cease communication with our customer. Each international order processed via netParcel will be required to have a Commercial Invoice, to be filled in by the customer prior to label generation. As such, it is always our recommendation to engage a customs broker specifically to ensure that all entry requirements are clear (should there be any uncertainties) for the destination country. The goal of this approach would be to set expectations on expected customs-related costs, and to ensure all documentation requirements are being met. We apologize for how this situation unfolded, and remain committed to representing your interests should we ever have the opportunity moving forward. Thank you, netParcel Account ManagementVik

"The goal of this approach would be to set expectations on expected customs-related costs, and to ensure all documentation requirements are being met.". This needs to be done before the parcel is picked up. NetParcel washed their hands off after receiving order. No guidance, No proper documentation or guidance was provided before or immediately after the parcel was picked up. None whatsoever! If the customer has to bear the headache and realize the proper process himself with direct service provider(***), charging $71 as an 'order taker' and 'an intermediary' with no accountability is called misguidance. The matter was finally resolved by the direct service provider, efficiently and professionally without appointing any broker. I suggest all customers to pay directly. ***** ** ** ******** ** ******* ******** *** **** *** ****** ****** ** **** ********* *** *** ***. No need to waste time with intermediary companies.Review fromSue B
