      We got all windows replaced and new one installed by Dekorum Home Imorovement (Gena). Windows were made by ********* and they are good quality. Gena advised us for LOE 272 and that was very good for efficiency. After installation we find very good improvement for retaining the inside temperature of the house. He gave competitive quote, finished work in time. His installer Thomas is also a good professional. Gena responds whenever I approached. I don't have good experience about customer service of *********. I understand that compony don't respond to customer directly but customer service is not up to the standard with industry peers. Life time Warranty certificate given by Dekorum is not recognized by the compony. I am awaiting for PO placed with ********* from Gena.
