    I purchased a new vehicle 6.5 years ago and had a rust module installed on it . I recently notice the bottom pasenger door was rust pretty bad . I took it back to the dealership . They said they would get their body guy to have alook at it . When I phone them later they said they made a claim with ***** **** .I received a letter from ***** **** about a week later dening my claim ( # ******** ),saying I did not report the damage with in 30 days of noticing the rust .when I phone them to discuss it and tell them I did report it as soon as I noticed it .They told me to email ***** **** with my concerns. After a week with no replies I phone two more times . I was trasfer to another line where I have left messages. I have not had anyone return my call . I spent a lot of money on a produce that did not work and they should back their warranty up Thanks *****

    Warranty Record Center Inc. is a third party warranty administrator for numerous companies. We have no record of a ***** *** warranty on this vehicle.

    There is a dealer owned warranty on this vehicle and the customer should call the dealership about this warranty and the decision that was made to deny his claim.

    I am rejecting this response because: They do have this warranty on file , they sent me a copy of it and why would they send me a letter dening my claim saying I did not report the damage with in 30 days of noticing it .

    Again, We are Warranty Record Center Inc., the third-party warranty administrator for a number of appearance and protection companies. We are not ***** ****. This customer's warranty is **** ****** ********** * ********** Warranty. He needs to talk to them.

    We will no longer reply to anything you send us concerning this customer. You have ignored the fact they we have already stated what we just said.
