    Would give 0 stars if possible. You should avoid this facility. Their facility has cockroaches and mice, and they have not warned any existing and new renters about it. They brought an exterminator in a MONTH after I complained. The exterminator confirmed the issue with cockroaches and mice. She recommended they seal up the tops of all the units, as they are all open at the top. She said she would need to return to my unit multiple times, and that because all the units are open, it's a facility-wide problem. A month later, the facility still had not contacted me to schedule another time with the exterminator, as they said they would. When they replied to my email, they said "we didn't hear from you, so we thought it was resolved". This makes no sense, given what the exterminator suggested! When the exterminator returned to my unit, it was once again covered in mouse f**** and urine. The staff from Access Storage said that only the half that I was in has this issue (which makes no sense), and then tried to put the blame on the renters who are storing food, etc. I had no food, and no scented items in my unit. Luckily most of my items were in plastic bins, but the furniture I had in there has been ruined/damaged. It doesn't matter if someone else brought them in - you actually need to deal with the issue. *****, the regional manager, seemed helpful and sympathetic at the beginning, but has now been screening my calls and ignoring my voicemails for about 8 weeks now. The staff at the ******* office have also been ignoring my emails, and don't follow up on my calls. I've left reviews on ****** and ********, and I was asked to email their "wecare" email address. No one has emailed me back at that address either.
