    I hired a contractor for driveway snow clearing services in September 2022 for the 2022/2023 winter season. They caused damage to my property (front steps made of flagstone) which were outside the snow clearing area. I would like them to repair the damage they caused, which they had previously committed to doing. The contractor is not responding to my communications. The sequence of events is as follows: Dec 27 and 28: snow clearing team put blade of tractor down on my steps, which were outside the snow clearing area. Advised operator of this on Dec 28. Jan 9: operator apologized and advised she had told driver. Jan 26: snow clearing team put blade of tractor on steps again, breaking off multiple pieces. Advised operator of this on Jan 29. Jan 29: operator apologized and committed to discussing and addressing repairs after the end of the snow clearing season. Apr 16: I made payment for additional services provided after 250cm cap on original contract. Apr 17: operator confirmed receipt of payment and stated she had assigned an assessment to a contractor. May 4, 21, 30, Jun 12, Jul 18: follow up by email - no response from operator. Jun 9, 12, 15: follow up by phone - no answer.
