    I had no complaints until now three years I never missed a payment on my vehicle Sept 27 -2023 double payment Oct27-2023 double payment They take duplicates payments out my bank account and I call them and they tell me stated that I’m behind on my payments I need to bring my account to good standing and I’m like wow I’m out of money because they are double taking my payments out and tells me to check my bank because they don’t have any information to give me And the endless text messages and emails regarding this matter I honestly don’t know how they can get away with doing this after reading there reviews I see I’m not the only person that has to deal with this matter Best regards

    They took a payment off schedule. Asked me to show banking proof which i did the same day. It's now been a month and due to an error on their end causing a "backlog" of refunds they have no clue when ill receive my funds back. They're "working on it". The deferred a payment to "help" with the situation *** * ** * ****** ******* *** ******* and it was a lot of money out of my pocket and pushing my payment ahead doesn't help in the long run since I'll still end up having to pay it. * **** ** ********* ******** *** ** *** ********* *** ** **** **** **** *** ***** ** **** **** **** **** ** ****** ******** ** *** ******* Very ************** *** unacceptable

    **** ******* ** ******** I wrote my Van off. They gave me the bio ask for the proof the insurance company was giving. I then contacted the gap insurance to cover the remaining of the Van was told there was no more payments coming out by the company and they continue to take. A payment out. I have since been 6 months trying to get my money back and now. I was sudden they're saying it was an underpayment but the 1st 4 people. I talked to could physically see that it was an over payment and that the payment was not supposed to be coming out of my account And have literally been given the run around Since december i've asked to speak to higher ups and only get told I can Only speak to a supervisor and then don't receive any phone calls

    I have been trying for almost a month now to switch my payments I'm getting hit by so many fees I've talked to so many people in this company and nobody wants to help they just want to keep sending me fees and use somebody else there's other high interest companies that give you more respect watch out for their fees and ignoring you when you need help 50 here 50 there

    Some of the worst service I've ever had in my life, one support agent refused to pass my call on to the next department and refused to give me a supervisor/manager. Another call 5 hours later after never receiving any word back and another agent magically was able to get me on the line with the department I needed. However they were still extremely unhelpful and did not solve my issue. On top of this, they now want to charge me a $50 fee for a simple service which I was never charged a fee for prior. ******** ******** *** ******** ******** ******** ********* **** ******* ** ****** ***** **** **** ****
