    Job booked with Mario May 31 2023 to install awning on front of house and move existing one to side of house. We have made numerous calls leaving messages to sort this out since job hasn't even started. We had 1 call the beginning of Sep from Mario saying that the job should be done after many possible excuses around the 15th...nothing since then. Still nothing as of Oct 25th. Either do the job or refund our deposit that was paid on a **** account.

    I am rejecting this response because: We have been promised such things in the last 5 months. If the awning job is completed with installation done in a timely manner we will be satisfied that the job is actually completed

    If the eavestrough cannot be installed within 2 more weeks I would like my deposit of $1,361.00 returned.

    On August 22 I signed a contract with Steve’s Quality to install fascia and eavestrough on my house and a back porch. I paid them a $1300 deposit for a $3900 job. Mario said they’d give us 24 hours notice before coming to do the job and it would be 2-3 weeks. We have not heard from them since and we are into October. I have left numerous phone calls at all locations and even went to the business address during the week…it was abandoned…no one there and the office door smelled like *****. I need my deposit back so I can hire a different company to do the job.
