    I purchased a 10x20 round Shelter Logic enclosure on November 6, 2022. After approximately 1.5 years of use, I have observed significant degradation in its structural integrity. Presently, the enclosure has visible signs of wear, including daylight penetration through the roof and resultant leaks. My experience with this product has been notably disappointing. Moreover, the response from customer service fell short of satisfactory, as the representative demonstrated limited concern towards my issue. Their suggested solution of purchasing a heavier grade tarp to mitigate the problem was not deemed viable, given the apparent short lifespan of the original product. Consequently, I intend to explore alternative measures, such as acquiring a generic tarp as an interim solution while deliberating on a more durable long-term plan.

    shelter logic is a big ******** company, selling ******* mobile garages with ****** zipper doors, what is brakes down within 1-2 years and they not supporting costumers with sane priced items. No,  they want you sell these parts for horrible prices leaving costumers in the deep water.
