    I am very happy with Total Security Surveillance. Ray is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. From sales to tech support to after sales, Ray’s company is ever present to help you. Amazing customer service. Once I had issue with the alarm set up late at night around 10 pm, Ray promptly answered my text message and did the trouble shooting in 2 minutes. ****** ***********

    We purchased a security camera system with 4 cameras in 2019 from Ray, and since then, we've used the camera system for a car stolen off our driveway, vandalism against one of our cars, teens weirdly hanging around our driveway, and a neighbour's car getting broken into. Yes, there is a lot of action on our street and thank goodness for these cameras. Each time, we were able to review what had happened, and who had done it, and that we can download the footage to hand off to the police. We will get a technical issue here and there, and Ray is always happy to help and can diagnose the issue quickly. ** ****** ********* *** ******** *** **** ******* ******** **** ****** ********

    Ray had installed a security system at my place a couple of years ago . Yesterday there was a power surge in the area that caused the pane to get lit up and required a service call. I messaged Ray about the issue and he patiently walked me though the process of resetting the system and addressing the issue over a call - had it been any one else I am sure it would have resulted in an expensive emergency visit. Ray took the time to determine if a visit was needed or not by helping provide instructions to reset the system first . Loved the service dedication and sentiment

    We have been with Total Security for nearly a decade now. One of the most compelling reasons why we opted for Total Security was because of the owner Ray and his team. They are always accessible, provide fair prices and show up on a moment's notice when we need help or when there are any issues. Their installation was very clean and is still working to this day without any issues. They proactively saw that our backup battery was running out and they came to fix it immediately.
