    This is to complain against the service quality of Custom Delivery in Montreal.
    I've ordered a washer-dryer from ******** with the option of having the delivery men installing the hoses.
    The delivery men came in, and as they couldn't properly remove the door to access the laundry room, simply decided to break it . The installation was of poor quality as it started leaking at the first use. I had to pay people from ****** 490$ to fix the door and the washer the next day. On top of that, their delivery people did not make me sign a single document.

    I sent them an email with all the evidence, and they simply decided to refuse a refund as I shoyuld've waited for them to come and witness the damages before proceeding with any repairs. Should I've stayed with a leaking machine and completely open area (noting that I have a dog and small children which I don't want to access that area) ? I don't think so. This is the first step, as the next one will be to formally write a letter to ******** and advise them to discontinue their contrat with this ************* company (you can clearly see it from the other reviews) if they want to keep their customers.
