      Absolutely horrible company to work with. First they sent the wrong color blinds. Finally installed and then I had to call them back 6 times within the first month. Inferior products and installation. They give you a time frame and show up 7 hours later. Had them take the blinds back and return my money. ** *** *** **** ***************** ******** *** ************

      Could not be happier with this company. Well made, long lasting shutters. We had some damaged due to our own fault and the company could not have been easier to deal with in getting the repairs done. Hats off to Artie & Marco. ***** *** ***********

      Our blinds was installed last June 19, 2023. The installer did not set up the remote since it needs to get charged for a few hours and he needs to leave. He told us to give a call if anything does not work. It did not work at all. We do not know if the motor or the remote is defective, but it needs their attention to have it fix since the item was already paid in full. I keep calling them, and when I gor lucky they answer my call and tells me somebody will call me the next week. Until now August 9, 2023, nobody called me to schedule a repair and its very disgusting. This people are not concerned of the welfare of their customers. They are not honest in dealing with innocent paying customers.
