      ***** ***** ********** *** **** ******** ***** ** *** ****** Their lack of support for customers and tendency to side with couriers over clients is alarming. Twice in the past two years, I've encountered issues with couriers hired through Freightcom, resulting in lost, delayed, and damaged shipments with no compensation offered. In my most recent experience, I shipped three 5-gallon pails from Montreal to Vancouver using UN-certified containers via ****** through the Freightcom platform. The shipment went missing, with no updates on the tracking page. After filing a claim, the shipment miraculously reappeared six weeks late, with one of the pails destroyed. Despite using UN-certified containers, I was blamed for inadequate packaging. This delay not only cost me and my client a job but also left me responsible for the destroyed product. To add insult to injury, Freightcom sent the $200.00 shipping bill to collections.
