    Did an amazing job at my house! The work is great, the prices were right. Would for sure hire Liftlock back. They did my roof, trough and siding. Had other quotes and contractors in and they didn't want to explain anything and the quotes were outrageous. Liftlock came in explained everything and their quote wasn't over the top. Would for sure hire them back!

    First Class **** *******…don’t waste your time and aggravation. Took our money and walked away before completing the jobs. Didn’t cover anything and made a big mess for 2 seniors to clean up. Wouldn’t move furniture so we had to do it all and have empty rooms ready for them. No mitre cuts on trim, looked like a three year old pieced the trim together and new drywall wasn’t sanded properly, tape and mud marks very visible. Gave them 21,776.00 as 50% down, they used $3000.00 for materials out of that and claimed they ran out of money and wouldn’t continue until we gave them another 21,776.00 to finish the job even though our agreement stated 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Pure ****!!!

    Do not recommendvery unprofessional and extremely poor quality workmanship. Contract said seamless eavestroughsthat didnt happen. Downspouts were installed upside down! Facia is dented and now needs replacing. Incorrect slopping and didnt clean up their mess! Who does that and laughs in your face as they drive away with your $2,600.When called back to repair their noticeable mistakes, 5 people showed up and BULLIED my sister5 against one person. Then had the audacity to mock her by giving her the finger and saying I got your money! They laughed at her as they squealed out the driveway. ****** learnedalways get referrals before hiring someone.

    Had these guys come and quote me on soffit, fascia and *****. Well the quote was very reasonable as I had three quotes for the same job. **** came for a down payment on the job , I went over everything that was to be completed and he said, no problem all will be taken care of. They came when they said and started the job. **** asked me to check this out, he showed me the rot on the fascia boards He said he would replace them and don't worry I have some extra left over from another job, so I left it at that ( first red flag ). The next day they showed up around 11:30am to start work, I was working afternoon shift that week, so I went over a couple of things again with ****, again no worries all will be taken care of. I aksed about the ***** and **** said he would have the machine on Thursday afternoon or Firday. I said great, I will take the day off work on Friday to go over the ***** and downspouts. with you. Well Friday came and while sitting at home, I recieved a text, saying they ran out of material and need to get more and the ***** machine wasn't available for Friday (second red flag). They came back on the Monday and started work again, again it all looked good. I went over a couple of things again with them. On Tuesday I came home and had a look at the work, again it all looked good till I was checking out the downspouts, one of them on the Garage was pointed directly at a retaining wall for a flower bed, this would have eventually washed the retaining wall out, the next one had it come down the back of the house ( which I had instructed them to do so it could flow into our cistern ) well one went into the cistern and one was about 3 feet off the ground and hung out about 2 feet from the house. I said REALLY ! you need to fix this as all the water will just run back into the foundation of the house.It was fixed and they left for the day. This is just the start, I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of work.
