    I went to this transfer station today and I only had a box spring from a mattress to dispose of and nothing else. I was charged a $45 minimum charge for garbage up to 1 ton and then they charged me $20 more for 1 large item. That totaled $67! This is a total scam. What was the purpose of the $45 charge? The city of Belleville will pick up large items for $15 on garbage day but I needed to dispose of the box spring today. It is no wonder people dump items illegally.

    I would recommend against using this company. They provide excellent service for the first couple of months. Then the lack of service for me has become completely unacceptable. I represent a construction company that not only has a contract for regular cleaning. But by law I am required to provide proper facilities for the workers here on site. I pay for 2 cleanings per week on a schedule of Monday and Wednesday. In the last 4 weeks they have either not shown up at all with no call or explanation. Or they have shown up a day or 2 later. I have even started calling ahead of time to ensure they will be here on their scheduled day, and they still do not show up. This one star review is too many stars.
