    I purchased a new Rv in 2019 from Carl Cox Rv and took out the 7 yr extended warrantee. The 2nd season my kitchen sink has cracked I called them and ordered a new sink which came in last year in 2021. I have called several times and even drove to Belleville to speak to them and **** is never around or he never calls you back. The one time I did talk to him he said they are to busy to make the repairs call back at a later time. Several months later I am still trying to contact him about this issue. You just get the run around if you call **** is never around and if you go to Belleville which I live in Kingston he is never there so its a complete waste of time and gas. If you talk to the sales people who are Cox's they just say talk to **** so its just a never ending story of back and forth and its now 2022. I have asked to recieve my money back for the extended warranty seeing as they will not honor it but they refuse to do that as well. Hopefully you will be able to help me in this manner and my only other recourse as far as I can see is small claims court unless you have any other ideas. Thank you any help ***** ******
