    This transaction started in November 2022. I had Siva do an audit on my website as I was seeking a new website to be developed for me and I felt my current one was not performing and was not unique to me. After the audit, I agreed to have Siva create me a brand new website with original content. I emphasized to them that my current site is all pre-populated content by the developer and was not unique to me or my business and that I want nothing from my old website on the new one I was having Siva create. They assured me that I would get new content that spoke to who I am and the services I provide. I had several meetings with them so they could get to know me and my business. They also committed to completing my website by January 2023, in which we agreed to a beginning week so that I can start fresh for the new year. To this date, I still do not have a complete website that is launchable. I have paid Siva a total of $3497 plus HST so 3961.61. This company has not delivered on what I paid them to do, so I want to be reimbursed for all payments as they have not upheld any of their initial commitments to me and I have tried multiple times to get things going and address my concerns but I still have yet to receive a product and at this point, I don't want to have any association with them and will need to now hire another company to start all over again. They have not resolved any of these problems. The only thing they solved was when they took an additional payment from me, on top of the agreed upon price of 3496$ which that was finally refunded after numerous attempts. I do not have any account/tracking numbers. When they gave me the initial copy of the site in March 2023 they had copied and pasted everything from my current site, which I had to have yet another meeting to go over this. They have recordings of every meeting we have had which will confirm the original commitments they made to me back in November which was a January launch and original content.
