      On May 25, 2022, I ordered the primary product from this company, speaking to ****** their salesperson. I was charged 785.35 for it, was told there would be a slight delay in shipping, though they were hopeful that I would receive the unit by mid-summer. In June and July, I sent emails asking for a status update, and was told further delays in China affected the shipping, but things were looking up. Reached out again in August, no response. In Sept, another request for info, I heard back saying there were further delays, and please be patient. This was the last response I have received. I have left various messages, both at ******* phone number and the main number on the web site, with no call backs. I sent further emails in Jan, Feb, March, with no response. ** ***** ****** ******** ** **** ***** **** **** ******* ** * ******

      I paid $1,095 for the ************ remote pool operator on 4/7/2022. This was $695 for the product and $400 for installation. A couple of days later I received a charge to my credit card in the amount of $21.80. I was told it was likely an additional fee for charging to a Canadian company. I followed up on 5/10/2022, 5/31/2022, 6/8/2022, 6/21/2022 and 7/5/2022, yet no progress was made in receiving the product or having it installed. On 7/13/2022, I made the company aware that we would like a refund. No response to this request was received so I followed up again on 7/22/2022. I received an email on this date that my request for a refund had been processed and was told that it should take 5-10 business days to be reflected on my bank statement. I reached out again via email on 8/12/2022, 8/19/2022, 8/26/2022, 9/6/2022, 9/15/2022 and 10/6/2022, and did not receive a response to any message. I have also left a phone message and sent a request through their website, yet no one has contacted me and I have not received a refund. I am due a refund of $1,095 and would like these funds submitted as soon as possible.
