    the busines is breaking contractual **** by not providing vlientele with copies of the signed contracts which i know for a gfact is required upon signing any contracts as i have signed many contracts with other businesses and agencies and received copies of all contracts until this company who blatently break contractual ***

    Honestly this customer is making things up as he goes. His payment date is last day of each month and he has not paid since March 31-23. I have bent over backwards to help this customer with his every need

    and just seems like we cannot do anything right. I have given him copies of every agreement as he wanted, we do not give copies however unless the customer requests one!  We need to keep the original signed copies here at the store.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    a contract is abinding agreement that both parties are to have copies of from date of signing and i sought out legal advice on this matter before starting this whole process and they are the ones who broke contract *** from day one by not providing copy of agreements and they do not even inform you that you have to request one, plus their procedures are very questionable ** * **** ****** ** * ****** ********* *** **** **** **** ** *** **** ******* **** ******** ******* *** **** ******* ** ******* plus their payment relief program is a joke as it does not apply to everyone equally as people on fixed income such as in receipt of ODSP or OW and in receipt of Canada Child Benefit is not allowed to access this program so they ************ ******* them which i am one of those people

    Mr ****** has been helped many many times with payments over the years he has been here. His account was originally with *****'s in Barrie and we took over his acct roughly 3-4 years ago.

    when Easyhome purchased *****'s. During this time he has had some issues and we have wiaved payments for him several times ( which I can show you as we keep details on every account)  He has not made his April, May or June payments here and now asking to not pay for July? This is several thousand dollars owed to Easyhome. There is no reason for these complaints other than to be a stall tactic for his payment to be made. 

    I have tried to reach out to him he refuses to talk to me or return calls

    the manager herself admitted that this non compliance with contract *** is over 3 decades old on how she was trained and * ********* a copy of her admitting this so my next step is i will be contacting george at head office for this matter and if necessary it can go to court
