    Feb 9, 2024 purchased a trax power dolly received everything except for the 36V battery kit for ******. Contacted company over webpage on Feb 21st requesting a tracking number and they responded only to say they ship ground. Since then starting March 7th I have Phoned and left my number, and contacted them over the website requesting a refund or a tracking number and have not received any response from the company. I would like a tracking number or a refund. At this point in time a refund would be appreciative as I need the batteries this week to operate the dolly. Being that there is only a 30 day trial to find out if the dolly is operable the 30 days have already passed as I cannot tell if it works without the batteries.

    Purchase date was Feb 9

    After filing with you and receiving your answer back that you had not been able to get a hold of the company I tried emailing them again on March 23 requesting my refund.  Within minutes I received an email from **************** ********************* that he is out of the office today and to text ***** at ************** with my invoice number so that ***** could track down either the batteries or refund my credit card.  Text Sent on March 23rd requesting a refund - no response to date from text.  March 26th send email again with no response and texted ***** again no response.  March 29th sent email again response back from ********************* that he was off due to it being Good Friday and to hit him up on Monday and he will look into it right away.  April 1st sent email again 7:02am CST and text again at 7:45am CST reminding **** to process refund and to let me know when it has been put through - no response back. (April fools on me).
