    We hired Bellefield Custom Homes to build our home and received building permit June 2022. Contract stated home would be completed to substantial completion in 8 months. We terminated our contract after a tumultuous relationship November 2024! Many cost overages for quoted material without receipts and lack of transparency. Latest issue we have had to contend with is builder put our tub drain in the wrong spot. He had the specifications for 1.5 yrs and with heated floors moving the drain will be costly and potentially damaging to infloor tubing. Hiring this company has been one of the worst experiences of our lives.
