I was mostly fine with the service up until recently. I live in a unit in ***********. They removed the only online payment option, ***** ** ****** for 2024/2025, failed to notify me of this and failed to close the account properly. As a result, my payments went to THEIR account regardless, they then claimed I did not pay for 3 months (Sep to Dec 2024) to which I responded with proof of payment evidence from the bank. They said they would look into it and took a whole month to "investigate". All that is fine, however the threatening of legal action because of their neglection of duty is unacceptable. The property manager ***** ****** told me it was my responsibility to investigate where the money went for THEIR account and threatened legal action in just over two weeks despite the proof of payment. *** **** ***** * *** ** ******** **** ******* **** ****** *** ****** *** **** ******** ****** ******** ** **** ****** **** *****  I thought that was unreasonable and despite attempts to negotiate and several queries about when the account closure was communicated the property manager would not change. tried to contact the director ***************** who ignored my calls and messages and never bothered to get back to me. Never got an apology from the **** property manager either for dereliction of duty. Needless to say it forced my hand and set me back a fair bit of money, and of course with them no longer accepting online payment meant I had to drop a cheque off in person. The only positive to come out of that is that a few of the folks I spoke to at NTPM confirmed it was the property manager's duty to have alerted residents about closure of the account and that she was informed several times to do so. * ******** **** **** ** *** ******* **** *** *** ** ******* ***** ** ******** ***** ****** ******* *** *** *** **** ** **** ** ************* ** ******* ** ************** *** ******* ********** ****** **** ******* **** **** ** ****** *** **** ****** **** ******* *******
