    I went to pick up a package from the UPS Ajax location on Tuesday June 25th at approximately 4:45 pm. When I provided the slip that was left on my door the person behind the counter attempted to look for the package but could not find it. When they checked the system it said it had already been picked up. The package was not picked up by me - then the story changed to it was never delivered to the store. According to the tracking information available online, the package was delivered to the store at 12:15( June 25th) checked into the system at 12:22 and checked out of the system at 12:37. My package was in the store for less than 30 minutes. The manager/owner called UPS customer service to see if she could find out why the system would show it was already picked up. I ended up speaking to customer service and they were suggesting I file a claim which I refused to do. I requested to know what the driver did with my package after it could not be delivered. I received a call (June 26th) from the UPS depot who verified that my package was delivered and she shared with me that there are ******** out there that follow drivers around track packages make fake ID and pick up the package as soon as it shows it has arrived at the store . After a few more conversations with the agent from the depot she suggested I contact the sender and let them know I never received my package. This whole situation did not seem right but I could only go by what I was being told. On Wednesday June 26th at 6:07 I received a call from the manager that my package was at the store. I questioned how it was at the store the manager said a driver brought it back?? The box had been opened it was re-taped and the box inside which had my ***** **** in it had also been opened. I received no apology no explanation - this location provided the worst customer service during a conversation I had with the manager she was getting very defensive and started yelling at me for asking so many questions.
