I attached a document that explains the complaint in more detail but the gist is we hired Belfor to fix work in our kitchen sink after a leak had occured. Belfor said this work was an emergency and that we could expect it to be done immediately. The water in our kitchen had to be shut off. After months of requesting to know when we could expect the work to be done, paying for an asbestos test, the work began. After the initial day of work, we found the Belfor employee to be aggressive when we had questions and concerns (re: the quality of the work), threatening to leave us with the mess and no water. We relayed our concerns to Belfor. The work never got finished and it is not up to code - kitchen sink too close to pantry doorway, exposed live wires. We asked for the work to be fixed, I sent emails to Belfor with photos of the issues. Nothing got fixed but we have been sent an invoice to pay for completed work. Attached are emails between myself and Belfor (complaints, questions, etc.), photos of the work, snippets from a home inspection that also outlines the dangers of the poor work done, and a more detailed account of what we experienced. Please let me know if the documents I uploaded did not go through and I can try again. I appreciate your time. Please feel free to call or email with any questions.
