      On August 27,2023 Mr. Lube Clayton park provided me an undercoating service. Before that. I phoned them and ask how long will it take to do the job? The guy on the phone said, around an hour. I kinda know the estimated time because i had a service from another garage going through all crevices and holes. Anyway, went there did the service and to my surprise . It only took the guy 5-10 mins spraying. Did not go through everything didn't spray any holes , door all those that supposed to be sprayed were missed. After that i went outside the garage , i parked to have a look underneath. I was disappointed to see not few but lots of missed spots. So i talk to the person in there and they agreed to take me back in for a respray. The guy was not happy that i complained. When i got out of the garage for the second time i almost got into an accident . My tire was slashed. Coincidental not . I wanted to investigate. Following day August 28th i got to speak Jason(Manager). I told him if he could have a look at the camera to see anything suspicious. He agreed . Few minutes later he called and said he see nothing suspicious. I said thats great. And told him since you see nothing suspicious im sure you would not mind if i bring a retired police friend to have a look at the camera . He’s answer. BIG NO . he wanted me there alone. I got photos here if needed. Three of those photos taken today. 10 days after. Its still wet.

      On August 27th, **** ******* came to Mr. Lube for an undercoating service.  On the following day, August 28th, **** connected by phone with the shop manager, Jason.  After their discussion, Mr. ******* was offered a full refund for the undercoating service that was provided if he was at all dissatisfied.  That offer still stands today.

      Three things here .

      1.  I will only accept the refund for undercoating service.  If , they send a footage to BBB  and get  someone  to verify  that what Jason was saying is correct . 

      2. If they don’t agree with number 1. Then they pay me for the expenses for the new tire + labor + tax  + undercoating  which is $654.16 ( i have the receipt).
